Concerning an issue when purchasing paid items
We have confirmed an issue which may occur when purchasing paid items.
If you experience this issue, please try one of the following:
・Tap the Shop icon on the Home screen, scroll down to the Diamantium & Luxury Items menu, and tap the Complete Purchase button.
・Close the game and restart it
In some instances, the purchase processing on the store side may take some time. If your purchase isn’t reflected in the game right away, please try again later.
If the methods above do not resolve the issue, please contact support.
